Strangely I can not find it in the T&C's either.

He is correct that I haven't really looked at it that closely in the past.

How are potential spammers supposed to know that they aren't supposed to spam if it isn't on the site somewhere.

Indeed, if they have listed some anti-spam rules somewhere on this site I can't find it either.
Strange.

To be perfectly honest, I very rarely read any of that stuff.
Your apology seems sincere.
Your gesture to contact the forum and apologize to the moderators also strikes me as genuine.

Sounds like you are going to consider the classified-ad route which may work out decently for you.

From Terms and Conditions:

Under Operating Policies,

"While using 2+2 website, you may not post or transmit any...objectional information of any kind..."

I think the general consensus would be that spam is at the very least objectional information.

I also don't think the bonus-clearing there is as bad as others seem to think.

This is true. In my (albeit small sample size) AP experience, at .50/1.00, AP is earned at about 2.5x the rate of UB. Party is earned at 3x the rate of AP at that level.

I have estimated this as follows (at .50/1.00):
Party= 7 hands per $1
AP= 20 hands per $1
UB= 50 hands per $1

DUDE, your offers are horrible. none of them contain any rakeback feature whatsoever. a free $25 to play at empire, woopdedoo. Rakeback is so much more important, you give a one time sign on bonus and keep 100% of the 20% rake empire kicks to you, whereas most of us affiliates kickback 75%+ or 15%+ percent to the signees. we just advertise via appropiate channels. So please dont try and sugarcoat your offers when in actuality it is truly horrid.

I understand you may have overlooked the non spam clause here, but for sure you arent overlooking the rakeback you are getting?

Check the classifieds section of this site for automatic 10% rakeback deal at AP. The first time deposit bonus is 35% up to $210 (so to maximize the bonus, deposit $600).

They have few games, and often no full ring games at a given limit. The site is full of rocks.

Rocks may be a bit of a stretch, but don't go in there using Ed Millers book as a playing guide.

I think you can get away with this selectively in the lower microlimits. Play improves 1/2 and above at Absolute but you can still find loose low limit games if you are careful about table selection, however they are the exception not the rule.
