2+2 IRC?

I've seen this alluded to in various threads, is this a top secret realm of the elite or is there a public irc network somewhere that 2+2ers use? Being one of many self-proclaimed lords of the internet I'm already in about 50 channels across plenty of networks so one more can't hurt! :P
