Default Michael Konik

Anyone else find Michael Konik's commentary incredibly irritating? I mean he manipulates people into thinking that what HE has to say is INCREDIBLY important, by using loooong pauses between words and by overemphasizing them. It's like when HE speaks, whatever the other two has just said, just isn't as important as what he is saying.

Compare him to Norman Chad and VVP and we can see he stands out far and above as the best non-play-by-play, non-color guy in the poker business.

uhhh, hes a babaling bafoon. When it was Lederer, Rose, and Konik, Lederer was the smart poker voice, Rose was the "and were back to poker at the plaza" voice, and Konik was the idiot who kept trying to talk about tells. Howard kept disagreeing with Konik's poker talk, he just did it in a nice way.
Konik- he Definatly has to go for a raise here
Lederer- or he could just call, calling wouldn't be a bad play(when calling is the obvious play)

well, you think is a bafoon. I find him neutral. He doesn't annoy me. So I prefer him to VVP and Chad.

ask around. He is not one of the high stakes poker players like he pretends. and I don't remember, what were his 2 poker books? I remember one was like "the man with $100K breasts"(about a man who got implant to win a bet) and another was "telling lies and getting paid"(gambling stories). Niether was a poker book. What else has he written?(I really don't know. Maybe he has a couple poker manuals out there I haven't heard of them though)

Fair enough. I guess I was out of line calling him a bafoon but he just bothers me. He pretends like hes a high stakes poker player.
