Default Prickly situation

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (8 handed)

SB (t3005)
Hero (t4575)
UTG (t1620)
UTG+1 (t2790)
MP1 (t12085)
MP2 (t3005)
CO (t1980)
Button (t1830)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 raises to t400, CO folds, Button folds, SB folds, Hero raises to t1200, MP2 calls t800.

Flop: (t2500) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets t3375 (All-In), MP2 calls t1805 (All-In).

Turn: (t7680) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

River: (t7680) 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 2 all-in)

Final Pot: t7680

This is from a Stars $100 + 9 tourney with about 75 left out of 222 starters. So I had about an average stack.

Is my reraise preflop the right amount? More? Does anyone push?

And I thought maybe I could buy it on the flop. Is this foolish, should I just be check-folding since I figure to be behind most of the time here?

I would either reraise allin or flat call to avoid putting yourself in the situation you wound up in on the flop.

The correct answer, of course, is it depends.

This seems very opponent dependent. What did his minraise from MP mean? Had he done that much? Once he called, what did that mean based on prior play?

On the flop, is he someone who can make good folds?

Barring reads on the above, the push is ok but not great. No draws at all, so he either hit or he didn't. If he did, he's likely to call, if he didn't he folds. And what will he put you on? If you had top pair, I'd expect a smaller bet with this safe board to encourage action. His flop minrs call suggests monster AA or a 33, ATs, QJ kind of hand that wants to win the pot but can play ok vs. alittle pressure. I figure he shows you QJ here, maybe a7s or 87 as backup.

But chk/call/folding after you raise when heads up and he misses alot is weak too.
Just my 2 cents -- i don't play $100s

that's about the safest flop one could find. AQ would not go all-in because
