To save you the pain of looking through these pictures anymore i will help you. Left hand is opponent on the left, right hand is opponent on the right. The player who is going to block signals the defender behind them so they know where to go play defense.

1 finger = block that player line
2 fingers = block that player cross court
fist = block the ball
