Worth picking up? Theres a revised 2001 edition but I'm concerned it concentrates on limit rather than NL/PL.

I haven't seen the new edition, but I do have a copy of the first one. As I recall, it is a very confusing collection of sometimes contradictory quotes from various well-known players. I don't see how they could salvage much that would be worthwhile for a new edition, so I can't recommend it.
