Default Fold 2 Pair?

I was heads up in a tourny and held 6c,4h. I had about 2500 in chips and my oppponent had about 500. Board was Kh 2h Qc 7h 6s with about 180 in the pot. He was an aggressive player who was short stacked. He reacted when the 7h fell and I kind of put him on flush. He pushed all in. It was about 400 to call. Should I have called and risked doubling him up?

I'm confused. You said that the 7h fell and he pushed all in. But in the previous sentence, you said the board was Kh 2h Qc 7h 6s. How did you know the 6s was going to come out at that stage (the turn)? Also, you didn't mention anything about the pre-flop action, as well as your respective position on the table.
