You played it fine, although re-raising that much PF with QQ is a little aggressive for my taste, but you got a guy who had 63o to call a 16BB raise so at that table it was obviously a good play. Considering stack sizes/pot size you probably should have just gone all-in on the flop. Regardless, he didnt have odds to chase a gutshot. I would invite this guy to my home game though!!

You underbet the flop, you should have gone all in since you couldnt bet the pot.

Flat call the raise preflop.

Once you raise and see that flop, there is no getting away on those ratios.

Just push the rest of your stack in on the flop. There's already $20 in the pot on a draw happy flop. Underbetting the pot here gives him odds to draw out on you. Push your whole stack in. Haven't looked at the results, but I'm guessing he caught up with his draw somewhere.
