Your flop 3-bet is fine. You can expect some coldcallers. As far as CO is concerned, check-raising in the CO with no PF raiser... Too weird to put him on a hand.

It's an easy call. A better question is do you raise or just call a diamond river?

Raise if heads-up, call if the others stay in.

I think its more likely he has a draw than a made hand given the odd flop checkraise.
