79s in CO w/loose passive limpers

I usually don't play this, but the table texture was loose passive and I was in LP w/ limpers. Did I misplay this on every street?

Should I have raised the flop?
Should I have folded the turn when it was two bets to me?
Should I have folded the river since I was 99% sure I lost the hand and there was a caller in front of me?
