Default Question(s) about neteller debit card - mainly for UK users...

I signed up and received my debit card a while ago but haven't needed to use it yet. But next week my sister is going to USA on holiday and I thought it might be a better idea for her to take the card so she doesn't need to take as much cash with her. So I need to know if this is actually possible or not and whether there are many places to use it?

Either way, I guess it could be more for USA users though.

FWIW I've taken mine to Barcelona & Madrid and had absolutely no problems withdrawing Euros. There are plenty of ATMs to use it (any marked with Cirrus/Maestro logo).

If you haven't used your card for more than a month you will have a fee deducted when you transfer money from your account to the card (something like $12).

The fees/exchange rates aren't particularly great with the neteller card, but when currency exchange is involved you're always in for a rogering anyway.

How old's your sis btw?
