Default FOR DAVID SKLANSKY OR ED MILLER.....

Gentlemen.....I just read Small Stakes Hold Em and I found it to be a very useful text. My question is how applicable are the ideas in this book to the wild and loose hold em games here in Los Angeles at the 15-30 and even 20-40 levels? Would these concepts get me in trouble or be very profitable? At these middle limits I am wondering if I should stick to HPFAP or try some of the strategies found in Small Stakes? Thanks for your help.

If you are playing in those games, shouldn't you be able to figure out on your own how applicable the ideas presented in Ed's book are?

The front of the book says, "The definitive guide to crushing loose games..."

The back of the book says, "For... the... tens of... small... games... on the Internet... most people... end up... used by... professional players. "

I can't explain it, but it's right there in red and white.

Many of the concepts should be useful in games at the Commerce up through and including $40-$80.
