Party Bad Beat tables inaccessible

Party's new $2,500 (lower requirements) bad beat jackpot was hit like 3 times in a half hour, and now all the bad beat tables are offline, and you can't sit down at them...is there a correlation there? Did party intentionally shut them down because they realized that it would be hit too often??
