I would play a little faster on the flop. If a third spade falls it may slow him down.

If he has nothing then you are showing strength on the flop, turn, and river. This gives him three chances to give it up. The way you played it he only had to fear you on the turn. After he calls the turn, if he has anything at all the river is an easy call. Wild players are slow to realize that they are in trouble. Tell him every chance you get. If he calls the flop raise and check raises the turn the hand becomes easier for you to play.

In the actual hand: On the river you are going to call anyway so I like the bet. I think he would reraise the turn if he had a monster.
