Default HFAP - small stakes games

I live in Canada and SSH is not available yet. I was wondering, how applicable do you guys think HFAP is in small stakes games like 2/4 on party poker.

Disclaimer-- I have not read SSH so I cannot comment on it's content.

The biggest "problem" with HEFAP, is that it assumes (in most cases) better play than you're likely to see at 2/4 Party.

It's helpful in that you are thinking more than your opponents, but I don't think it was intended vs players that will call 3 cold w/62s.

But some of the plays won't work very well.
