Default Cards

I'm looking to get some decent playing cards. I know KEM is the best, but the price $19-25 per setup is holding me back, and have been unable to find a decent price for used KEM setups.
Has anyone played Royal/Swan 100% Plastic Playing cards. I found them for $6 per setup. Thanks in advance and any other "sturdy" deck options are appreciated.

KEM's are worth it. Spend the $25 and you'll not have to buy new cards for a long time.

And they are $25 for two decks, not just one.

They are worth it.

I dont know a single person that regretted the money they spent on a new set of kem cards. In fact most wish they would of bought them earlier.

I agree and I'm in that boat... I have no regrets that I spent $30 on a USED set of KEM cards from Binion's. They say Binion's Horseshoe and have the logo on the front and a small logo in the corner of the ACES. Anyway, best 30 bucks I ever spent. Cards are in great shape, and it's a nice memorabilia thing.

Please do yourself the favor of buying the KEM cards. I ordered a set of chips recently and they came with two decks of ROYAL cards. All I can say is that they are junk. They're flimsy, and easily creased if bent. You can also see through them in good light. And the ink looks like it could be rubbed off. I quickly included them into a set of chips I was selling. Let someone else deal with them.

My Kem cards are awesome. And after many games with them, they still look brand new. All you need to decide is what style you want and size. Poker or bridge size?

Hope this helps. STAY AWAY FROM ROYAL!

I have not ordered from this company, so I cannot vouch for the quality of these used KEM cards, but the price is right.

Also try out ebay. I bought a new set of poker size, super index for $25+ shipping. They had a lot of bridge size with regular index for between $21-25+ shipping.

I know you've been told a dozen times alreay, but buy the KEMs, they are so much better it's actually hard to believe what a differnce it makes. Just think , for 12 bucks a deck you can be first class.

The KEM cards are worth it - they don't wear out.
