Default Unsure of the best play of my overcards...

Party Poker 0.50/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG+1 posts a blind of $0.50.
UTG folds, UTG+1 (poster) folds, Hero calls, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, MP3 calls, CO calls, Button calls, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: (7.50 SB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, MP3 bets, CO raises, Button calls, SB calls, BB folds, Hero folds, MP3 calls.

Turn: (7.75 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Button calls, SB folds, MP3 raises, CO calls, Button calls.

River: (13.75 BB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
MP3 bets, CO calls, Button folds.

Final Pot: 15.75 BB
Main Pot: 15.75 BB, between MP3 and CO.

What do you think of my limp in from early/mid position? Easy fold to a bet and a raise on the turn though right?

Yes, fold on the flop when it comes back to you raised.

Preflop, this is normally a hand I would raise with first in.

I'd raise preflop and then bet the flop.

It's too good to fold. If you raise, you will be called by dominated hands. That's the key to AJo's profit.

However when it's raised you can't call with it because the odds are too high you're dominated... ironic isn't it. That's the Gap Theory at work =) that's what i learned from tournament poker for advanced players.

Bison,

You bet the flop, as would I probably, but do you call down if raised? Where do you draw the line?

So Raise Pre-Flop, and if I bet on the Flop, can I call a Raise? especially since a Raise would thin out the crowd.

You don't have to bet every flop, but on this board there are few draws, your outs are likely to be good, and getting someone to fold a gutshot or a Q or K would be good. I'd call a raise and probably let it go on the turn unimproved.
