Default Empire All In Disc. Protection

Why has Empire/Party opened the all in disconnection protection at the no limit tables. Pretty annoying?

I just played there in the 50 dollar buy in NL and was dealt KK. I make a 5 dollar raise. Two opponent calls. I make a 8 dollar bet at the flop that has Qh, 3h, 7s . One opponent folds another calls. The turn comes 3d. I make a 25 dollar bet on the turn, happy that i have managed to get an ok sized pot and that it is very difficult for him to call with A or flush draw. Then he just let the clock tick, gets the all in protection and wins when an A hit the board on the river.

He had AK.

Why dont Party/Empire do something about this?

It is really annoying when it happens.

Everyone at the table reacted to the behaviour and he left immediately.

I just noticed today that No DP tables are only available at .5/1 limit. WTF? That's got to be the last place they are needed.

why don't you report this hand to alerts@partypoker?

that's what most people would do.
