Default Sports betting forum

I read the post on the second page down and it did not help me much.

I am looking for a large forum where I can learn a lot about sports betting. I basically want to open a bunch of accounts and possibly bonuswhore some sportsbooks and take advantage of multiple lines. Anywhere you can point me to? I would love a large forum where people discuss daily picks, as well as line hunting. That goat site was not really what I was looking for. Thank you.

So would I but I have never found one. You will find lots of people listing picks, but who cares? Anyone can list a bunch of picks and then gloat if they come in. Very few will ever really break down a game and explain the whys and wherefores of their selections. You will find lots of picks and macho posturing but I have yet to find anywhere that people break down games, explain their thought process and do the math.

Default therx.com not great, but not terrible

Some decent cappers posting their thoughts there, but you have to sift. The ratio is about on par with usenet.

There are forums at covers.com as well - you really need to sift to find anyone that actually breaks down their picks.

I'll go to footballguys.com 's message board because they have some year round gamblers there. They of course specialize in football to start.

I devise my own power rankings and do my own handicapping as well and have yet to find an absolute kickin wagering community to share thought processes with

I'll add another vote to wanting to see a sports betting forum here...since you cover it in 'How to make $100000/year gambling' I think its worthy of having its own forum here!

Come on everyone who likes sports betting...let your voice be heard here!

I have been posting football picks here for years and briefly explain my thought process on the game. I have also posted, at various times in the past few years, my overall general philosophy towards picking NFL games. I think my track record for picking games here has been pretty good (my Shoe In of the Week is fairly well known) but I agree that we have had people who picks games with no explanation why, then disappear when the picks go bad. There are some good posters here though and I suggest you seriously follow this forum come football season.--Big Al--
