Sometimes you draw out, sometimes I do then why all this anger

Here are two hands from a 30-60 home game. I thought I played all right on both the hands but situation was so unique had to post.

Game 10 handed
Hand 1-I am in BB with 23 off suit. 5 people including the button calls, no raises. I havent seen any hand for 3 hours and was happy to see a free flop. Flop 23K rainbow. I bet not wanting to give anyone a free card. Only button calls. Turn- Q. I again bet, button thinks and calls.
River-4(no flush). I again bet thinking it was a safe card. Button raises. Huhhh set of 4's, Q4, 34. Anyways I call he shows A5. He makes some comments about thats the way to do it.

Fast Forward 2 hours and I still havent made a hand. I am again in big blind and see 23. 6 people call.
Flop - 238 rainbow. Deja Vu. I bet. UTG raises. MP calls, Button(same player as before) 3 bets. I am not sure if I have the best hand, but call. UTG and MP call.
Turn - A. Now I know for sure I am beat, Someone surely has made 2 pairs. Check all around!!!
River - 2(giving me a full house). Nice! No straight this time. I bet and get 3 calls.
UTG has 1010. MP folds,. Button has A8(two pairs) and he starts bitching about how I always draw out on him.!!!
