Err... I dislike folding top pair on the flop in an unraised pot, especially with a mediocre kicker or better.

As to the question at hand, I'd bet the river and reasonably expect a queen or two to call. Although as a disclaimer, I've started to become a little overaggro on the river in an effort to absorb this whole value betting thing better [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img].
