You've made a large raise out of the blinds. You need to bet this flop. Not doing so and then potting the river just looks retarded. The way you played it, you either have KK or AK possibly AA.

Basically, you're only going to get paid off by an idiot so you might as well bet because an idiot will call bets regardless.

If you're intent on a fancy play, I might half pot the flop and check the turn to _maybe_ sell the idea you were raising with QQ and don't like the board, and see if he bets.
