Game Selection based on Pot Size and Flop %

For the basis of discussion lets say your game of choice is 10/20 Hold'em. But play most games up to 15/30. You surf around your favorite online rooms and find the following games.

15/30 $200 21%
10/20 $120 27%
5/10 $60 34%
3/6 $55 42%

Which game do you choose. What are you game selection guidelines. Pot size / flop percent ratio? What games do you avoid?

I avoid NLH games that have a HUGE LAG(60-80% VP$P 20% PFR) and everyone else is a local pro like the plague. I ignore pot size averages. I start with the SH 6-max tables and look at each table for known live ones.
