My Largest Pot so far.
Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 max, 6 handed) converter
Hero ($187.15) BB ($80.10) UTG ($49.80) MP ($57) CO ($53) Button ($4.50) Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. UTG raises to $3, MP folds, CO calls $3, Button calls $3, Hero calls $2.50, BB calls $2. Flop: ($15) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 players) Hero checks, BB bets $15, UTG calls $15, CO folds, Button calls $1.50 (All-In), Hero raises to $80, BB calls $62.10 (All-In), UTG calls $31.80 (All-In). Turn: ($220.40) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players, 3 all-in) River: ($220.40) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players, 3 all-in) Final Pot: $220.40 Main Pot: $21, between Hero, BB, UTG and Button. > Pot won by Hero ($21). Pot 2: $135.90, between Hero, BB and UTG. > Pot won by Hero ($135.90). Pot 3: $60.60, between Hero and BB. > Pot won by Hero ($60.60). Pot 4: $2.89, returned to Hero. Results in white below: Hero shows 8d 8h (full house, eights full of fives). BB shows Js Ad (two pair, jacks and fives). UTG shows Kh Kc (two pair, kings and fives). Button shows Ac 2c (two pair, fives and twos). Outcome: Hero wins $220.39. As you can see I had already been doing fairly well at the table up to this point. I have a couple questions though: 1. Is my pf call too weak? I figured I was getting good odds and a call was fine (I was almost positive BB would also call). 2. Flop: A check-raise seemed like the best option here, but was the raise too high (under normal circumstances? I was willing to risk my stack because I didnt put him on JJ with only a pot-sized bet. |

Re: My Largest Pot so far.
Preflop call is fine you have good stacks and great position on the raiser and a lot of money in the pot for almost immediate pot odds.
Flop is pretty standard. Nice hit. Gregg |

Re: My Largest Pot so far.
Nicely played and luck as well. You did the right move pushing where u needed to. Then, you crossed fingers and turn and river were nice with you.
Congrats. |
