Default LV apartments?

Does anybody have any recommendations on LV apartments? I'm planning to move there and stay for 1-4 months. Like everybody else, I'm looking for a good compromise between safety, price, and location.

www.rent.com should be a good place to look for an apartment. I've been browsing around there myself and there are quite a lot of options.

Green Valley is a nice neighborhood to rent in. It's not the top-of-the-line neighborhood it once was, but it's still a nice area, and the rents are very reasonable. And reasonably close to the Strip. You get too close to the Strip, and you run into a lot of not-so-nice neighborhoods.

Blair House Suites is where I stayed this spring. It's on Desert Inn about 1 1/2 blocks from the strip (between the Strip and the convention center). About a 10 minute walk (or 5 minute drive) to the Mirage.

The place is cheap, clean, and the area is plenty safe. It's part hotel, part apartments. They lease on a month to month basis, and last I checked it was about $625 a month. They got a website, just google it.

"French Quarter Suites" off of Cameron arnen't too bad either. I had to stay in Vegas in a month to month situation and it was nice, clean, and pretty cheap. A little kitchen, satellite TV... Located accross the street(West) of the Orleans, which has great food imo. Good luck.
