Default 93s sb turn c/r?

No note on mp2

Party Poker 15/30 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, MP2 calls, CO folds, Button folds, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
Hero bets, BB folds, MP1 folds, MP2 raises, Hero 3-bets, MP2 caps, Hero calls.

Turn: (6 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, going for c/r.

I think my C/R is ok given I have a flush draw now, too. I'm not nearly as affraid of a 3 bet, and I have to hope to god he doesn't have a flush draw, but rahter something like A9 or something.

Then again, how many hands that he capped on the flop can I beat that aren't flush draws. I dunno. Help me out here.

looks like 44...but could be A9, spade draw, 33 but not likely 99.

this hand needs to see the showdown and make the draw pay.

i'd bet out the turn and call one back, then c-c the river unimproved and bet out river if heart or 9 falls hoping to get raised so i could 3 bet.

With no notes on MP2 Im guessing maybe he slowplayed a big pocket pair Like AA. Not much info to work on here. But tables 8 handed. Was the Action and table tight? Its only a possible thought.
