Very passive/loose game, preflop raiser in this hand could have anything because he's a pot builder. Once he saw all those people in I knew he was raising, (on the turn I was pretty sure he had a pr with some kind of gut str8 possiblities....7's seemed resonable at the time)....The turn raiser in this hand is an unknown. At the time I figured him for the nuts.
