Has anyone been zapped by the 'only 1 CasinoRewards site'?

Having FINALLY gotten my money out of Yukon Gold and Golden Tiger (which were played and cashed out at the same time), I am ready to take advantage of Blackjack Ballroom's huge bonus. Before I do, and spend another week waiting for the money to pay back to me, has anyone had any problems with their terms about only one Casino Rewards promotion, regardless of which site is used?

I made $400ish on the other two, so missing out here is not the end of the world, but it would be tough to pass up if I can do it.
