I would call. With the suited hand, I don't mind th blinds calling, and the hand isn't really good enough to 3 bet. With ATo, I would fold, unless UTG + 1 is an absolute maniac.

i don't know, err... fold that sht???

while 3 betting being a distant 2nd best (bad) choice, i would throw that in once in a while if the raiser is less than solid or good.

once in a purple moon, i would also just call. but this move is more dangerous. because my goal is then to "outplay" him later... however, one of the requirements for me to make this move would be that i have good knowledge of some of the big mistakes he tends to make. i don't know if this make any sense.

on 1-10 (not percentages) scale:

fold - 9
reraise - 2
call - 1
