Default Prob: You and opponent flop set

Suppose I have:

54 in SB

Flop brings:

T44

What are the odds that my opponent would also have a 4, assuming I am heads-up?

Thx

Assuming his hand to be random, the probability of his having a 4 as one of his down cards is 1/47 (one remaining 4, among the 47 unseen cards)

Of course there is an intangible factor that might come into play, that would affect the randomness of the opponent's hand.

For instance, how many 'playable' hands have a 4 in the first place? The opponent holding A,4s comes to mind, especially if he is in late position, and he is raising to steal the blinds (you don't mention whether he limped or raised, nor his position)

The most straightforward answer mathematically, is what I mention initially.

He has 2 downcards, so the probability is 2/47.
