On principle, and dragging along a dead hand, I would have to raise this up.

But I seriously have to question what else CO would have raised the turn with other than a 9 or 22 that he wouldn't raise on the river. Without the SB there, I'm calling cold.

SB was a calling station, I wasn't worried about him at all. In fact, him calling the whole way is the only reason I would consider 3-betting the river.
