Lucky Nugget Bonus Nightmare

I decided to finally give this bonus whoring thing a try. I created an account Lucky Nugget (using the softare, not flash). When signing up I selected GBP but put in my Canadian mailing address.

I then deposited 50 Pounds.

I went back to the web page and NOWHERE could I find the 250 for 50 promo. It would only show me a Canadian promo of $150 100% match bonus.

I called support and they said I need to withdrawn the 50 Pounds and create a new account on the flash site.

How did I screw all of this up? How did other people sign-up with GBP?
