UltimateBet Question

I played 2 sessions on Ultimate Bet today. One for about 250 hands and another for about 350 hands. I requested hand histories for both sessions. I received a reply that I was only allowed to request 200 hands per day. I have played there periodically over the past week, but I guess I have not exceeded their limit. Has anyone else had this happen. I have been playing predominately at at Party for a while and thought I would try UB. I tink this is BS. Any comments??

Just order 200 at a time. If I have 1200 to request I just set up 6 email drafts of 200 (copy/paste) and send 1 every 12 hours or so(as long as the same shift of support workers don't get it your okay). Big hassle but it works. I have went round and round w/UB about this issue with no compromise from them.

They would prefer to lose a 15K hand player (monthly) then compromise. I play Empire a lot more now. You can get instant feedback on players at your table w/auto request.

Cashouts and Hand Hist. are getting processed very fast @ UB lately though.
