Any Info on Catskills New York Casino?

Does anyone have any news on the progress for the planned Casino in the Catskills region of New York? The 2 1/2 hour drive to Foxwoods is a killing me and this new Casino would be less than an hour from me. If anyone in the NY area has been following this, could they provide an update? Thanks.

The last I read it was back in the politicians'court, but that the governor wanted it, and they hoped to break ground in July. That was in a local Poughkeepsie paper. I don't know how long it would take to build it.
