Default How do you track your progress?

I play mainly SNG's at Party and would like to start playing more Multi's online(I played 4 or 5 so far). SNGrs track results by using such benchmarks as ITM% (In-the-$) and ROI. Do any Multi players use the same or other benchmarks? Also, what would be considered "good", "fair" or "keep practicing" in regards to the benchmarks?

Also, I noticed that the pace of the multi's are much slower due the vast number of players and the blinds going up slower. Do many people play more than one tourney? In fact, the best multi I ever finshed (I think it was 200/950), I was playing a multi and SNG's at same time. Probably kept me busy enough to fold moderate hands and stay out of trouble. It seems like you need a lot more patience for multi's vs. SNGs. Thanks for any info.
