Poker info for Europe?

Hello all. I am going to be spending 5 days in London follwed by 5 days in Paris at the end of June. I was wondering what my best options would be to check out the poker over there? My main questions are as follows.

Where to play in London? It sounds like the Vic is my best bet? Is this correct?

In Paris I plan to check out the Aviation Club. Our hotel is about 3-5 blocks from it. I heard that they will change Bellagio chips in for Aviation Club chips and then they will cash you back out with Bellagio chips when you leave. Can anyone confirm this? (I brought back some Bellagio chips from my last trip)

If anyone has any other suggestions please let me know.
