They are applied but I think it is fused onto the chip somehow. I tried xacto knifing one of the sample chips last nite and couldn't peel them at the spot your talking about.

Maybe it is melted on there or something. Maybe I'll bring it into to work and do a microsection

Wear tests, microsections...but have you given them the bunny stress test?

That's hilarious. Actually I could see myself doing something like that!

Were you involved with any of the B.S.T.?

Great report. I have been shopping around a while to get some chips. I think I am going to go with your website. I have a question for you though. Who designed your artwork, and how did you decide on it?

They did the artwork for me. I had a concept pocket aces with somthing cool in front and we went back and forth with e-mailed versions untiled I liked it.

They have a membership at clipart.com so I went though the site and thats where I found the dragon. They also sent me some of other peoples designs to give me ideas.

The whole artwork process was free of charge because I bought the samples.

Orange - Nice work on the design. Your chips look good.

Did you sample any clay compression molded poker chips before deciding on going with the Chipco ones? If so, I'd be interested in hearing your opinions on the pros and cons of each, and why you ultimately choose to go with the Chipco chips. Was it an issue of price?

I can't speak for Orange but I am considering Chipco because of the custom opportunities. I can't seem to find a lot of clay compression molded options (other than pokerchips.com) that will allow me to put my own logo on each chip.

The face of the design looks pretty good, but the one concern I have is with how the graphics made to look like clay chip edge spots don't match up on the face and the side. Orange - are you happy with how that part came out?

Hmm. I've tried to contact thechipstore.com for over a week now (email and phone) and I am getting zero response.
Either their customer service is over-rated or they are having issues.
