Default QQ played like a wuss?

Please tell me how bad I played this hand, and what you all would have done differently. By the way to make things worse, the raiser had very weak raising standards.

PokerStars 2/4 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button calls, SB raises, Hero calls, UTG calls, Button calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG folds, Button folds, SB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

River: (9 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11 BB

Results in white below:
Hero shows Qc Qh (one pair, queens).
SB shows As Jc (one pair, jacks).
Outcome: Hero wins 11 BB.

I'd 3-bet preflop. Given that you didn't, I'd raise the turn.
