3 observations and 3 questions

First, I relate 3 things I'm seeing lately,

1) The last 3 times I have raised AA, I have been 3bet by the bigblind by 3 different players who had JTo, J7o, and 97o.

2) I have been bluff-raised heads-up by Ace-High after betting out on the flop, turn, and river by callers.

3) I've seen every possible combination of Gus and Hansen in party names and even on the cryptos.

Oh the questions

1) do I need to send him some sort of Thank You card?
2) He doesn't have a book out like Phil does he?
3) Could we get him to write one?

As I'm writing this I'm watching a guy getting sucked out on saying "you're no Gus Hansen" and "good hand Gus" to a guy cleaning his clock.
