It does not matter for me. Set the time and place and I will try to make it. As for conflicting with another tourney, don't most people play multi tables anyway?

20 posts, eh? Seems I have some work to do. Good thing quality doesn't count.

Granny, what is the estimated cash value of this 2nd place prize? I'm wondering what I'd report to the IRS.

Saturday, April 17th at 5pm EDT

What time is that in Europe?
Brussels/Paris?
Is that 11pm? If it's 11pm I'm in for sure with an extra bounty. More details if the date is confirmed.

Default TOEJAM 2 IS MOVED TO SUNDAY, 4/18/03 AT 5PM EDT

what is the estimated cash value of this 2nd place prize?

that's the beauty of this.. who knows?? if 150 play, and they rebuy like madmen then add-on, second pays a TON. at least entire final table will be paid, maybe more.

point is that at $10 unl rebuys it goes high.

NOTICE:

as much as i like challenges, running TOEJAM_2 against a Million $$ tourney seems like trying to start a 3 card monty game on the moving walkway into ceasar's palace.

TOEJAM 2 IS MOVED TO SUNDAY, 4/18/03 AT 5PM EDT

it will be a mini-million, day after, dirty nightgown event.

grab a bloody mary and sliced horseraddish sticks and we will see you there. i'll put out password post this coming weekend.
(and what a WONDERFUL password it is. i guarantee moistness to all who type it in)

Maybe it's fate.
Sunday is perfect because Monday is holiday (Easter)
Time to donate. Time to give something back (to this forum)

Hunt the rabbit:

If I'm one of the first 10% (after rebuys of course) knocked out of the tournament I'll pay $100 to the one that busts me.
This means I'll be very tight - I'll try not to :-) -
If we have 50 players showing up, you'll have to bust me before the first 4 get knocked out.
I imagine this tournament is going to be very solid and tight, so everyone will be very tight, including me. I don't want to make it too hard. For all the people that bust me with 72o or a GM get the $100 too.
And last but not least. The person that cracks my aces and knocks me out will also be able to get the $100.

Good luck.

ps: I'm going to try to join. Unless the date and hour changes.
ps2: Granny will have to find a way for me to transfer these $100 to the player. We'll sort something out.
Maybe I'll think about something extra to make it even easier.

thanks for the bounty hung. paradise has an instant transfer option now, so you can do it there.

wow, better start an early bounty list.

Granny
$50, tripled to $150 if beaten by Q5 Spades

sir willy

[ QUOTE ]
I'll be putting a 50$ bounty on my own head (with crown and all) valid until the last table. That amount will be doubled if I am knocked out by a GM (Q5 in spades, just to encourage some foolish play ) and tripled if the winning hand is holding any 2 different non-suited cards under 8.

And if by any reason I can't play, all bounties will be transfered to Bananaboy's head[/b]

as long as you have no problem wearing a suit with cigarette holes

I can cover the holes with a variety of embroidered patches, so that doesn't worry me.

and stench of butt-juice

Some say stench, some say aroma! Potato, Pot'ah'to, I say.

anyway, you could probably net 3 suits out of all the fabric

Exactly. Doing the splits on the dance floor is the number two cause of tearing pant-seams. The number one being obesity. the 2 backups suits will help tremendously. They can also double as sidekick suits for my entourage.
