Default List of VEGAS NO LIMIT GAMES AND WHERE THERE GOOD

This is a question for those who regularly play in vegas and play the NL games there. I'm looking for 1-2nl games....and whether the casinos you reccommend usually have the GAME RUNNING is important bc I will be there from sun-thrus may 16th. From the looks of it it looks like the one at the palms is the best format max300...however it is off the strip..im looking mainly for ones on the strip bc I will be staying at NY,NY.....i know monte carlo is VERY close however i think they only offer 2-5 nl.....Any info WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED, THANKS.

Monte carlo rarely has a no-limit game.

wontons, As far as I know there aren't any $1/$2 blinds no-limit games on the Strip, apart from possibly the Sahara at weekends (best to call ahead to check on this).

However, you should be able to find a suitable game both at the Palms and at the Horseshoe (assuming their $1/$2 blinds game has been re-established after the re-opening last week). If you want to stick to the Strip then there is also a $200 min/max buy-in no-limit game at Bellagio with $2/$4 blinds.

For more info on Vegas poker rooms see my web site at http://www.pokerupdate.com/lasvegas.htm

Hope that helps,
Andrew

Palms game is now $2-$4 blinds with $100 to $500 buyin. Played in it tonight, and it was LOOSE (in striking contrast to how it was before they changed the blinds and buyin).

Tonight was Celebrity Poker night, though... and so there were various D-list celebs jumping in and out of the game. I vaguely recognized a couple of them, but I couldn't tell you who they were. I could only identify two of them, and neither of those was in my game.

One of the D-listers shocked me when he folded AT faceup on an AT64Q rainbow board for my $120 allin bet into a $310 pot. He was hemming and hawing the whole hand, so I figured he had something like A9 and didn't want to let go.
