KK in micro limits

Posted this in the Micro-limit forum, but got the suggestion to post here instead.

I have realized that I don't have a clue how to play No Limit ring games. What is a good way to play a hand such as this?

Paradise Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.01 BB (8 handed) converter

UTG raises to $0.04, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, Hero raises to $0.1, CO folds, Button raises to $0.16, SB (poster) folds, BB folds, UTG calls $0.12, Hero raises to $0.6, Button calls $0.44, UTG calls $0.44.

Flop: ($1.83) 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $1.2, Button calls $1.20, UTG calls $1.18 (all-in).

Turn: ($5.41) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
(All-In) bets $2.4, Button calls $2.40.

River: ($10.21) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)

Final Pot: $10.21
Main Pot: $10.21, between UTG, Hero and Button. > Pot won by Button ($10.21).

Results in white below: 
UTG shows 8s Ts (one pair, eights).
Hero shows Kc Ks (one pair, kings).
Button shows Ad 4d (straight, five high).
Outcome: Button wins $10.21. 

Did I bet too much before the turn so that I didn't have enough left to bet there, thus giving Button pot odds to call? Or should I bet more earlier to try to win the hand right there?

With KK I feel safe going all-in preflop.

That board is great for your hand--I'd go all-in there if not preflop.
