If you want to play on the 14th, get there on the 12th.

Ouch. I'll be up there from the 9th to the 11th. Wonder how it will be on the holiday weekend.

If I can't get on a table I can always go watch my friends in the chess tournament.

It's not that bad. The low limit tables have incredibly long lists, yes. The higher limits are a bit shorter, but don't move as fast. Be sure to take advantage of Dinner Reseating if you get up to eat. Just talk to a floor person.

My recommendation is get in the room early, between 8 am and 9. You can get a spot pretty easy.

I'm just curious, I've never been to Foxwoods before how many tables do they have? I thought they had quite a lot now I'm beginnig to wonder.

Thanks for the info, I will try to get there as early as possible so I can get my seat. What do they do for dinner reseating?

I think I will be trying 4/8. I would go for 5/10, except for the kill. I'm just a lowly three-tabling Party 2/4 player trying some live play for the 2nd time (played 2/4 at the Taj in December when I was just starting).

They have about 70 tables. I'm pretty sure that makes it the second biggest card room in the country.

When you get up to eat, tell someone at the main board that you want to get on the dinner reseating list. That'll give you two hours. When you get back you'll be put second on the list for whatever game you left.
