chat message or FROM PARTYPOKER message? were you actually using a bot? if you care about your account (and the money in it) you should clear this up with partypoker immediately.

Was that the exact text of the message? If so, the grammer is so bad that I would guess that someone is messing with you.

I believe that Party is sending this pop up message if you have any window open with WinHoldem or something similiar in the message bar.

If you were looking at there site, you cannot load Party's software.

BTW: I wouldn't touch that free Pokerbot with a 10 ft pole. I don't trust a company that beleives collusion is not cheating. They seem like they could very easily rationalize that looking at your cards/account/passwords isn't theft if you are cheating with their software.

noodles,

please see this page for the details about PartyPoker and winholdem
http://www.winholdem.net/notices.html
Party Poker bot detection
Party Poker recently released an incompatibility in their poker client that will close the party poker client window if there is any window on your desktop with the text 'WinHoldEm' in the title bar. It does not matter what kind of window it is - browser, email, winholdem, etc. You can find the winholdem countermeasure for this in the winholdem view menu under "Hide Title Bar". Just enter a random title for winholdem. To restore the title bar just deselect the option.

winholdem is not free, see this page for the pricing info:

and we will be willing to call collusion cheating as soon as you can show us a security system that does not depend on the ethics of online poker players is its primary defense mechanism.

Dear WinHoldEm support,

Besides cheating people out of their hard earned money in poker games, I also enjoy committing credit card fraud, insider trading, and date rape.

Does your fine company provide any products which may aid me in the pursuit of these other wholesome hobbies?

Thank You,

Morally Challenged Scumbag

That is too funny to believe, but I don't know anybody here who wouldnt want to "play" for 16 hours a day and beat the party ABC low limit games or the Pacific ABC extremely loose low limit games. I mean I could actually develop hobby that could get rid of my poker players gut........

Collusion is cheating, it does not depend on your willingness to so classify it.
