Remember Phil Helmuth's whinny comment after finishing third in a WPT event, for a giant pile of cash? Something like "I can't seem to make first. If I don't win first, it all just means nothing to me".

Well, I took second place for over $9K, and IMO it sure as hell DOES mean something to me! Good night all.

Nice score. I felt really bad for that guy "Sooners" who got all-in with the best of it 3x (twice he was the bigger stack) and all 3x lost. The capper being AA vs QQ to KO him. Ouch.
