Default Live NLHE Tournaments in Vegas?? Questions...

Hey everyone, here is a quick background so you can further understand.
I've been playing for about 2-3 years. Mainly home games and tournaments and online games and tournaments, with a few casino poker room visits. Our home tournaments usually have 10-20 people in them with a $20 buy-in. Online, I usually stick to the $5-10 buy-in tourneys. I've done well in my home games and almost always finish in the money online. In casino's, I have done very well at the 3-6 and 4-8 games.
I'm going back to Vegas on Saturday-Wednesday. I would like to play some NLHE tournmanets. Here are some I have looked at:
Mirage $60 Buy-In (Tuesday), $120 Buy-In (Sunday)
Orleans $20 Buy-In (Monday), $30 Buy-In (Sunday)
Sam's Town $60 Buy-In (Saturday)
Sahara $35 Buy-In (Sunday)

I was just wondering first, if anyone has any experience with these tournaments listed. If so, what the competition is like, how does it compare to a home game, amount of playes, etc?? How are these tournaments structured and how long do they normally last? Payouts? Any other advice?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-Brandonb

Also, if there are any other good no-limit weekly tournaments that are on Saturday-Tuesday that I should look at, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,
-Brandon

The only one i didn't like was the one at Sam's Town. The levels went up real fast within a very short intervals so the tourney is a real crap shoot.
