Ban him....?? Do you think he is the only Bot guy out there...There are lots of Poker Bots out now and lots more right around the corner....Lots of them.....Winholdem I have never used and won't, but this guy is telling you exactly what he is doing and shows you what the others won't. Wake up......Bots are here to stay...you better get a plan for online poker....it is changing all of the time...5 years ago none of use played online and look at it now...down the road it is going to change alot....IMO

IMHO you are correct. Winholdem is probably only one of many pokerbots playing online today. WH is just the only one to go commercial/public.
We poker players pride ourselves on our intelligience and ethics, we're so smart we don't need a bot's help and using one is just unethical right ... but who among us has never wished for some secret edge over our opponents, something that would allow us to win at will? Whether or not this WH bot is any good in default mode or can eventually beat champions if programmed by a champion is a question that may never be answered. A champion would never admit to defeat at the hands of a bot or admit to using one. But regardless of how detestable some of us think bots are, they are here and there will only be more of them in the future. So what do we do about it? |
