I think I have read on this forum or rgp about people complaining about having to clear thousands in past bonus, wagering requirements from previous months. I beleive that if your total balance runs to absolute zero in any given month, all past wagering requirements are dropped completely. Intercasino, like all online casinos, do not tell you this unless asked. You even have to ask correctly to get the truth.

How to get it to exactly zero each month without losing all your money, is something for you to solve on your own. The secret is absolute zero. Not even 1 cent left will clear the requirement. Zero, only zero.

This is absolutely incorrect, you have to clear all wagering requirements on all past bonuses that you did not clear. If you cleared last month's bonus, then you cleared it. If you didn't, then you need to wager whatever would have cleared that bonus, plus meet the wagering requirement for this month.

This is why I used "I think" in my response. If this is intercasino's policy, then they differ from 95% of online casinos that have the same structure. It took me 2 years to find this out, but have confirmed it in 100% of the places that I play. The reasoning is several fold. First, if you take a bonus, then lose it all down to zero, you have satisfied the wagering requirements for the bonus because there are no funds left to wager, thus the requirement goes away. Secondly, if casinos let this figure build, there would be very few players that would exercise this recurring bonus, knowing they could never clear it. Recurring bonuses is a huge marketing tool, and one that casinos want the players to go after. This carryover would discourage the smart gamer from taking the bonus at all.

No disrespect stew, but I still would call Ecash, NOT intercasino to ask this question.

This wont help you month to month, but it could over a period of time. I remember ICP was one of the few places i read the T&C. In there there is a statement about inactive accounts (over 90 days if i remember correctly) will have funds begin to be taken away. I dont remember the rate or if it is all at once though.

Last month was my 3rd attempt at clearing the blackjack bonus. After 2 failed attempts, I knew I had to wager more than the required $2000. I played $2500, then looked, but it hadn't cleared. $3,500, still uncleared.

I called the toll-free # to find out how much more I needed to wager.
The customer service person was very helpful. He said I needed $325 more wagering.
He was right. I played exactly $325, then went to cashier, and it cleared. A little $160 bonanza!

I guess my point is that their c.s. person was helpful. I coulda just said that, but where's the fun in that! [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I understand what you are saying, but my question to you is whether your account balance ever dropped to zero (no pennies)?

The suggestion to call Ecash instead of the casino is that they have a complete understanding of the nuances regarding what happens to your requirements when you go completely broke. Also, there are ways other than inactivity to get your balance to zero.
