Affiliates: Be wary of stats from yesterday

Hi all,

I usually refrain from talking about affiliate matters in the public forum, but I think this applies to so many people that it's worth the post.


I checked my stats this morning for the last 2 days and noticed something very odd about yesterday's stats. The total amount of rake generated on my main tracker was $3. I know for a fact that this is incorrect because I have a friend who plays 15-30 on that tracker and he alone generated much more than $3.


So I emailed Party and got this brief reply:

There have been some problems with the stats. We are looking into it and will be resolved soon.



I just tried to log back in to the stats page and I get this message:

This section is down for maintenance and is temporarily unavailable.

We regret the inconvenience.



In the time that I have written this post, I have received a phone call from the affiliate department assuring me that everything will get sorted out and that they were sorry for the inconvenience.


I just wanted the other affiliates to know that if you checked your stats this morning, there is a very good chance that they were incorrect, but they should be corrected soon.

Thanks for explaining this..I had -92$ commission yesterday, and i know for sure a lot of people played at sunday..But now i know why...

It showed most of my players but they all were in the single digit range..whew.....thought maybe i have to get the want ads out.

I was just wondering if you have heard anything else about this? Affiliate stats still unavailable as of about 2 mins ago...
