Default Bots now cost

the pricing for winholdem has just been released. and winholdem is now on sale and most of the existing licenses will expire within the next 24 hours.

for those that are installed, they can see the product list by clicking on the install menu then view license ... and the license page has a button that takes you to the product page.

new users will still get a free 24-hour look.

as we have said all along, pokerbot.com is a business,
intent on supplying online poker players with the best bot they can imagine.

most of you that have complained about team play will be pleased at the higher price for the team version.

winholdem support.

These guys are real beauties

The "best bot they can imagine" line is cracking me up.

If that piece of crap they peddle around as a bot is the best thing someone can imagine, what are the chances they can turn on a computer and get on the internet unassisted?

This is hard to say, but I don't think that the bot is playing *that* bad. From the long thread in Poker Theory it is clear that the default settings were playing horrible, to say the least, but think about it, how hard can it be to formalize ABC poker with correct settings? ABC is not great poker, but it is what many people here use when playing multiple tables, clearing bonuses on lower limits, etc.

I feel sick already. Should have kept my mouth closed. Nevertheless, I hate the bot, and if your opinions are part of a cover-up thing to stop the attraction, I totally missed it, and will gladly edit out this post within an hour.

Funny thing, just went to the bot website to see how much they charge for it. The only thing I got a look at, before Party warned me for taking bad medicine, was the links to suported poker sites.

That has got to be the first site ever with a link to Party, and no affiliate code. Cowards!

to all party poker users,

if you are playing on party poker, and you have any window of any kind open on your desktop (including a browser, or email, or winholdem or whatever), and that window has the text 'winholdem' somewhere in the title bar then the party client will complain and throw a flag.

they are basically boycotting any player that has an open window with winholdem in the title bar. it does not matter what kind of window it is.

if you use winholdem you can hide your title bar text.
look on the view menu. you will find the option to hide your title bar.

if you are a stars player you should be running fine.
if you are a paradise player you should be running fine.

we will be adding support for more sites soon.

winholdem support.

I dislike Party seeing what I have running on my computer, but I like that they are trying to bar anyone using your software.

MS,
I dont even think I would say that Party is "Seeing" every
program Im running...Im sure the code
is comparing the "WinHoldem" title to titles running
and if a match is found then an alert it made.

I would be far more worried from a SPYWARE point
of view if it sent every title im running back
to Party Headquarters to be logged and analyzed.

Also I heard from Paradise they were coming out
with a fix, which I think would have came out in
the upgrade I downloaded 2 days ago.

Paradise unlike Party is just closing accounts for
using it.

Has anyone heard of someone getting their accounts
shut down on Paradise for using IT?

Can I submit Winholdem for a nomination for "dumbest idea of
the year" this early in the year?

Has anyone noticed that his pricing page still doesnt
work? LOL..He even posted a broken link correction.
I think its hillarious.
(Good thing he doesnt spam around here).

And these are just the beginning. The software is horrific to look at, and plays just as bad. The bot seems to know what hands to play before the flop (although position is questionable), but it has NO CLUE what to do once the flop hits the board.

What ever you do, stay away from this software. You’re better off letting your dog play for you.
